How It Works

  • Pickup Times: Please select a pickup window from the drop-down menu above. You can arrive at any time during your pickup window, but seating areas will only be reserved for 90 minutes. You are welcome to visit our gift shop or walk the grounds before and after your pickup window; however, we ask that you stay no longer than  2 hours to help us avoid crowding.
  • What to Bring: Please feel free to bring your own picnic blanket, foldout chairs, and anything you might need to make your time at Bilston as comfy and cozy as possible.
  • Location: The farm is located at 4185 Metchosin Road. Please park in the lower parking lot and walk up to the barn if this is accessible to you. Limited parking is available near the orchard for those who need it.
  • Dogs: Although we love animals of all kinds, due to the nature of this event, we ask that you please leave your canines and other pets at home or in your vehicle.

Health & Safety

We appreciate your cooperation, patience, and support as we are asking everyone to observe social distancing requirements, restricting access to some facilities, and limiting the number of meals available to reduce crowding.

If you feel sick, please let us know as soon as possible and stay home. For information about our refunds and cancellations policy, click here to review the Terms & Conditions for our attractions.
