To Brew:

Hot Tea: Bring water to a boil and let cool 20 seconds. Add 1.5 teaspoons per cup of hot water. Let steep 1-3 minutes. Strain and serve with milk or honey as desired. 

Iced Tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Steep 2 tablespoons of tea for 7-9 minutes. Strain. Chill and keep refrigerated up to one week. To serve, pour one cup over ice with a wedge of lemon and one ounce of Bilston Lavender Simple Syrup (optional).

“Hydrosol” is the water based product obtained during distillation: mostly distilled water, with some dissolved essential oil.

How to Use it:

Put it in a sprayer and use as a mist:

• apply to countertops, windows and glass, and wipe clean to remove grease
• use as a yoga mat spray
