 These one-of-a-kind wooden boards are made from local Arbutus and Walnut, also known as Madrone, a native tree of the west coast and one of the hardest woods in North America, making it an extremely durable choice.

With a warm colour and distinctive grain, these boards are equally functional and beautiful for serving or cutting. Each one is made by hand, branded with the Bilston logo and completely unique.

Care Instructions

  • To avoid warping, always wash your board on both sides, avoid submerging and never soak in water or wash in the dishwasher.
  • After washing, pat dry with a towel and hang or leave to dry completely on its edge. Avoid drying flat on one side.
  • Oil your board once a month or whenever it becomes dry using a natural wood oil or beeswax. 
  • Remove any stains or lingering scents with lemon or white vinegar and salt, then rinse with water. Never use bleach, solvents or alcohols.
