How to Use:

• Add 2-3 drops to a diffuser
• Pour a few drops into the bottom of your shower to bring the scent of an outdoor shower inside

These culinary lavender buds are triple filtered to remove dust, seeds and chaff, as well as larger pieces of stems and leaves. We use english lavender buds for a sweeter, more subtle flavour than our dried french lavender buds, which are ideal for crafting or making DIY bath and body products.

How to Use:

• Add a small spoonful to shortbread, cakes, scones and other baked goods 
• Blend with dried herbs and salt to make a rub for steak, lamb and chicken
• Use a pinch in recipes that call for dried herbs like thyme, rosemary, oregano and sage
• Infuse into ice cream, custard, jams and jellies 
• Use to decorate cookies and cakes 
• Sprinkle onto foamy cocktails and coffees

Each batch is blended and packed by hand in recyclable paper tea tubes. 

To Brew:

Hot Tea: Bring water to a boil and let cool 20 seconds. Add 1.5 teaspoons per cup of hot water. Let steep 1-3 minutes. Strain and serve with milk or honey as desired. 

Iced Tea: Bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Steep 2 tablespoons of tea for 7-9 minutes. Strain. Chill and keep refrigerated up to one week. To serve, pour one cup over ice with a wedge of lemon and one ounce of Bilston Lavender Simple Syrup (optional).
